Inert gas purifier – to
remove O2 and H2O from the chamber atmosphere and reach less
than 1ppm of both levels

remove N2 from the chamber atmosphere and reach less than 1

Vacuum ovens – many
temperatures available to bake out the product and
afterwards enter directly into the weld chamber
